Three tiny habits around food, movement & sleep that anyone can start this week.
If you’ve ever wished for more energy without the 12-cup coffee habit (Aaron can relate!), then this one’s for you.
When our health started to change for the better, it wasn’t because of a perfect diet or a 2-hour gym routine. It came down to what we now call our Daily Trio:
- What we ate & drank
- How often we moved
- When we went to bed
Not very glamorous, right? But these three simple levers quietly changed everything from our mood to our cravings.
For us, it looked like:
- Building more balanced meals (and fewer “snack attacks”),
- Adding short “movement breaks” instead of skipping exercise entirely,
- Protecting a basic bedtime so our bodies could actually recover.
One easy switch was keeping a simple Sunrider VitaShake or NuPlus® shake on hand so it was easier to grab something nourishing when life got hectic.
