Three tiny habits around food, movement & sleep that anyone can start this week.


If you’ve ever wished for more energy without the 12-cup coffee habit (Aaron can relate!), then this one’s for you.

When our health started to change for the better, it wasn’t because of a perfect diet or a 2-hour gym routine. It came down to what we now call our Daily Trio:

  1. What we ate & drank
  2. How often we moved
  3. When we went to bed

Not very glamorous, right? But these three simple levers quietly changed everything from our mood to our cravings.

For us, it looked like:

  • Building more balanced meals (and fewer “snack attacks”),
  • Adding short “movement breaks” instead of skipping exercise entirely,
  • Protecting a basic bedtime so our bodies could actually recover.
